When scrapbooking for boys your layouts  should be masculine and sturdy in their construction and textures.  Stripes and outdoor textures work well.  Torn papers and edges along with smudged finishes are perfect for conveying rough and sturdy boyishness.  Hardworking denim is also a great embellishment.   Other elements that will add to your boy themes:  metal, burlap, mesh.  With any of these combinations you can’t go wrong!
